New Build
SPSenvirowall has developed an extensive range of systems for new build applications. This range ensures that no matter what the construction, be it traditional masonry or steel or timber frame, SPSenvirowall have a tried and tested solution. SPSenvirowall ‘s Wall System 1, TS rail system and RenderClad systems have been predominantly developed for new build applications, with the TS Rail system gaining approval from the NHBC and BBA through incorporating a draining cavity.

Wall System 1 Applied to Masonry
Wall System 1 fixed direct to masonry substrate of either a single skin or cavity construction. The system can incorporate either mineral wool insulation, Expanded Polystyrene or Phenolic insulation depending on the specifiers requirements.

External wall insulation systems are extensively used on lightweight framed structures. The speed at which they can be erected and weatherproofed provides large benefits to the developer. Removing the cladding from the critical path, bringing forward the internal trades and thereby shortening the contract period and eliminating the problems associated with brick and block work construction. This method of construction has proven extremely popular over recent years.
Wall System 1 Direct to CP board
It is only the NHBC that require a minimum drainage cavity behind the render protected insulation system. For all other building types the insulation can be fixed directly to the sheathing board.

TS Rail System
In order to meet the requirements of the NHBC, the Envirotherm TS Rail System has been designed incorporating a 15mm drainage gap. The Envirotherm TS Rail System was the first system of this type to achieve BBA approval.

RenderClad
RenderClad has been primarily developed for applying a seamless rendered rainscreen system to a timber frame structure. Replacing the requirement of building a blockwork façade, it reduces construction time and cost. Unlike many other claimants, RenderClad is a true system, it is a full façade system made up of many carefully selected components. These components have been rigorously tested to ensure they work together to produce an outstanding finish with a minimum life expectancy of 50 years.
The Substrate here is timber but this system could also be used on both metal and masonry constructions.
The unique horizontal ventilated channel is an alternative to your standard timber batten or metal rail. The channel allows for greater air movement throughout the wall and provides a more reliable fixing of the board which can be highly problematic on site with “creeping” of the more traditional vertical batten.
RenderClad Board is a cellulose/fibre cement board that is resistant to moisture and humidity changes. It has been specifically designed to be highly dimensionally stable thus providing a robust backing to the exterior finish
